CornParty 2009

February 16, 2009

Well, we managed to get an invitation to this year’s MAiZE members conference (fondly referred to as the “CornParty”) in Houston, Texas, in early March.  Besides having the opportunity to visit with “our farmers”, we’ll be doing a bit of presenting with Kamille Combs, the marketing guru at The MAiZE, Inc.

We will address one of the work sessions with some brief commentary on how to make sense of your website statistics, and how to create web opportunities (using stats) to track the effectiveness of print advertising.

We are also participating in a kisok adventure for giving folks a quick critique of their website.  So, we look forward to seeing you in Houston at the CornParty!

The 2008 MAiZE conference was in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Absolutely a delightful experience!  Our first visit to Amish country, and who could resist a buggy ride with this adorable gent and his trusty steed?!

We have the opportunity to make new friends who subsequently became clients!

MAiZE Conference 2007

February 5, 2007

Harvest the InternetWe’re back from the 7th Annual MAiZE Site Owner Conference in Seattle, WA.

What a wonderful time we had visiting with some of our clients and meeting prospective ones. The conference turned out to be a great event, informative and fun for all. We were fortunate to be asked to make a presentation at the conference titled, "Harvest the Internet". The turnout was amazing with the room filled to capacity.

If you were able to attend the presentation, we hope you were able to get an insight into the use of the Internet as a marketing tool to present your farm to potential customers.

If you were not able to attend, "fear not" — we have our presentation slides available for you to review. Click on the images (or a NEXT ‘truck’) to advance through the presentation. It’s not totally self explanatory, since it accompanied our brief dissertations!

If you should have questions about anything you saw in the presentation, please contact us to discuss. Just click on Get In Touch in the menu above.
